- Family-run values: directors who understand real life and treat people fairly.
- Part-time & full-time welcome: we hire for talent and fit, not a one-size contract.

From go-karting to pottery lessons to treasure hunts and golf, we take time out to celebrate our wins together, often rounding off our outings with good food and a drink. We believe great work comes from people who feel supported, trusted, and enjoy the journey.

Standards and Development
We are proud to operate to the highest standards in everything we do. As part of the SafeContractor scheme and certified to ISO 9001:2015, we are committed to integrity, quality, and safety across all areas of the business, with ongoing first-aid training for relevant staff and a proactive approach to risk and wellbeing.
We stay at the forefront of industry best practice by investing in attending conferences, trade shows, and technical events, and by maintaining strong, long-standing relationships with leading suppliers and customers who value our expertise and trust our team. If you have an idea for training or development that will strengthen your role and the business, or a suggestion for an exciting team event, you will be heard.

Why Our Work Matters
Our measurement systems help manufacturers run more efficiently, reduce waste, and make better products for their own customers. From food to cable to advanced materials, our work lowers scrap, improves quality, and supports smarter production.
