The AccuNet QC Pro is the latest offline diameter and ovality measurement solution from NDC Technologies, providing excellent quality control of your part samples. Ideal for use on the production floor alongside production or in a testing lab, the AccuNet QC Pro enables you to effectively track, manage and analyse critical data.
An optical high-resolution digital microscope with zoom optics helps you accurately position the product, enabling you to capture the desired diameter and ovality measurements with the greatest degree of accuracy. An optional footswitch allows start and stop measurements as the product is guided through the gauge.
The system gives you complete control of what you want to measure by simply configuring a part recipe and using various system options. AccuNet QC Pro can be equipped with any single, two or four-axis AccuScan Series gauge for high-speed, submicron accurate measurements — even on opaque and transparent products.
